Three ethnic groups; North East Tibet, Amdo, the region of horse, East Tibet, Kham, the region of body, Central Tibet, Utsang, the region of Dharma.

These three ethnic groups are called Tibet. They speak with different accents, they have different culture, traditional clothes, sects of Buddhism, but they are all Buddhist followers and use the same language.

There are many exciting options today for entering Tibet from Mainland China.  Air, train, and overland options are available. Also you can enter Tibet from Nepal through the Himalayan range.

The flight from Kathmandu to Lhasa is the only International flight that allows the opportunity to fly over the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest, and the Bharmaputtra also known as the Yarlong Tsangpo river. After landing at the Gongkar airport, before you enter to Lhasa, you may visit the first Tibetan monastery ‘Samye’.

The wilderness, sacred, ancient and soul in peace. This largely undiscovered plateau is surrounded by the Himalayan range, home of world’s highest peaks; Mt.
