Saga Dawa Festival is observed as one of the most important festival in Buddhist society all over the world.This festival held each year on the full moon day of the fourth lunar month of the Tibetan calendar.This festival is celebrated in honor of Sakyamuni\\\'s enlightenment. And this auspicious day coincide with three important events in Buddha\\\'s life, Birth, Nirvana and death, mailly held around Mount Kailash area, thousand people will come from different parts of Tibet and gethering on 27th of May and change the prayer flags at Darpoche ones year,this festival has been held here for the last thousand years... Having been part just once is such a powerful experience.

06th June Day01:FLY TO GANGGAR AIRPORT

Drive to Lhasa city which is located around 63km far away from airport,you will stop for photo at Nyithang Lhakhang Po,stone budhha which is caved in the 11th century by the a famouse student of Atisha who comes from India.Transfer to Hotel

07th June Day02:SIGHTSEEING

AM:Drepung Monastery PM:Sera Monastery

 

08th June Day03:SIGHTSEEING

AM:Potala Palace PM:Jokhang Temple

 

09th June Day04:DRIVE TO LHATSE VIA TASHI LUNBU MONASTERY 410km 3900m
Drive to Lhatse via Shigatse’s Tashi Lunbu Monastery and after lunch,contenune to Lhatse O/nt Farmer Hotel  


10th June Day05:DRIVE TO SAGA 4600m
Drive Nyalam to Saga 4600m 240 Kms 6-7 Hrs O/nt at Hotel Saga.

11th June Day06:DRIVE TO PARYANG 4750m
Drive to Paryang 4750m 255 Kms 5-6 Hrs O/nt at Htl Paryang.

12th June Day07:DRIVE TO MANASAROVER 4560m
Drive to Chui Gompa 4560m 223 Kms 5-6 Hrs Circumbulation of Lake Mansarovar. O/nt at Guest House.

AM Free at Lake Manasarovar .

14th June Day09:DARCHEN EXCURSION
Drive to Serlung Monastery and to Nandi Parbat for an excellent view of Mount Kailash The Group will stay at Darchen and make finalpreparation for the Kailash Parikarma. O/nt at Guest House.

Trek to Zuthul Puk 4760m 18 Kms. approx 9-10 Hrs. Guest House .

18th June Day13:TREK TO DARCHENG AND End & drive to Horchu,O/nt GH
End Kailash Kora 10 Kms approx 3-4 Hrs Trek. Drive to Paryang 270 Kms 6-7 Hrs. O/nt at Htl Paryang .
19th June Day14:DRIVE TO SAGA (4600m)
Drive to Saga 255 Kms 6-7 Hrs O/nt at Htl Saga.

20th June Day15:DRIVE TO RONGBUK (3750m)
